  • Whey-free cream200 ml
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  1. Place the cream and salt in a bowl and add the sifted flour. Mix with your hands or with a mixer until it becomes a consistent dough, similar to bread dough.
  2. If the dough is still too soft after kneading, sprinkle in a little more flour. If it gets hard, add a few tablespoons of water or milk.
  3. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, that way it will be firmer and easier to model. With the help of a rolling pin, open the dough on a floured surface and cut discs with a diameter of about 12 cm.
  4. Put the filling of your choice, which can be sweet or savory - check out our suggestions for 50 easy-to-make pastry fillings. Arrange the pastries in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20-30 minutes or until golden
  5. Brush the pastries with beaten egg yolk, so they look nice after baking.
  6. After the previous step, your easy oven pastry is ready! Serve it at a party, gathering with friends or family and everyone will surely like this homemade and easy-to-make delicacy. 🇧🇷
