Cooked sausage1 unit(s)
Bread for hot dogs1 unit(s)
Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
Hot tomato sauce1 tablespoon
Straw Potato1/4 cup
shredded mozzarella cheese1/3 cup

Cut the bread and spread mayonnaise on both sides. Place the sausage, sauce on top and some cheese to cover the sauce.
Place the potato straw on top of the cheese and finally the rest of the cheese.
Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC with just the gilder turned on to brown for about 6 minutes.
