- Put two eggs to cook for 10 minutes. After that, peel and cut into slices.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into equal parts.
- Butter the outside of the loaves of bread and place in the sandwich maker until golden on the outside.
- With the buns on point, spread the pepper mayonnaise inside.
- Right after that, put the slices of boiled eggs on the bread along with the cherry tomatoes, and that's it! 🇧🇷 Note: I recommend using cherry tomatoes because it doesn't interfere with the flavor of the egg along with the mayonnaise, because it's smaller it just adds an extra light flavor. (Although you can use as many as you want) I recommend the "classic" sandwich maker, the one that is put on the stove to make the crunchy part of the bread brown, but you can also use the electric one. Pepper mayonnaise adds flavor to the egg, but you can use regular mayonnaise, although it doesn't taste as good.
