- CoxĂŁo de fora or beef armadillo cut into cubes500 g
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Chopped fresh rosemary to taste
- Green seasoning to taste
- Finely chopped chili pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Wheat or French bread5 unit(s)
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and brown some pieces of meat.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté well. Add the paprika, rosemary, pepper and salt and mix.
- Add 1/2 cup of water, mix and close the pressure cooker.
- Once you get pressure, reduce the heat and let it cook for about 45 minutes until the meat is shredding.
- Shred all the meat, return to the pan, adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
- Cut the buns in half, remove part of the brain and fill with the meat. Serve immediately.
