  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Blonde2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce300 g
  • White Vinegar1 cup
  • Green smell to taste
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  1. In the pressure cooker, heat the olive oil and seal the meat cubes.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the bay leaves, chopped tomatoes and chopped bell peppers - all seedless!
  4. Add 1 cup of water, tomato sauce and vinegar. Cover the pan and let it cook for 40 minutes.
  5. Wait for the pressure to release and shred the meat.
  6. Serve on fresh French bread!
