  • Oil100 ml
  • warm water100 ml
  • Egg4 unit(s)
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Organic Yeast60 g
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  1. In a bowl, sift the flour and set aside. Beat in a blender, the condensed milk, oil, warm water, egg, salt and the biological yeast for about 4 minutes.
  2. After the mixture is ready, add it little by little into the bowl with the sifted wheat flour, mix well and, when it is weighing, stir with your hands until you release the bowl.
  3. Take to rest (median 1hrs) until the dough is well risen. Make balls and place in a greased shape with oil, let it bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
