- Passata or tomato sauce3 tablespoon

- Tuscan sausage250 g
- grated mozzarella1/2 teaspoon
- For the chilli: Place the roughly chopped tomatoes and onion in a pan, add the cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper and cinnamon. Drizzle everything with plenty of oil and add salt. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, remove and roughly chop. Put oil in the pan and place the entire contents of the oven in the pan. Add the meat and saute. Add the passata or tomato sauce. Sauté, adjust the salt, add the girl's finger pepper and set aside.
- Cut the baguette in half, pass the mustard and sear in the frying pan until caramelized. Reserve
- Cut the sausage in half (butterfly) and fry in the skillet. After that, place the sausage on the already caramelized bread.
- Place the chili on top of the sausage. Add the grated mozzarella and take it to the oven without closing the bread until the mozzarella melts. After melting the mozzarella, close the bread and serve.
