Egg1 unit(s)
Breadcrumbs1 cup
Brioche Bread2 unit(s)
Shredded Red Cabbage1 cup
Grated green cabbage1 cup
Grated Carrots2 tablespoon
Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
lime to taste

For the chicken, cut the fillet in two. Season with salt and pepper.
Whisk the eggs and place the breadcrumbs on a plate.
Dip the chicken in the beaten eggs and then coat in the flour. Fry until golden.
For the bread, spread butter and place it to toast in a frying pan on both sides.
For the Salad, mix the red, green and carrot cabbage.
Add the mayonnaise and season with salt, lemon and pepper.
Assemble the sandwich with the bread, chicken and salad to finish.
