- cooked butter beans200 g
- Soy meat (soy protein)200 g
- Medium onion1 unit(s)
- Soy Sauce2 dessert spoon
- Chopped Mushrooms100 g
- Black pepper, salt and more seasonings of your choice to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Breadcrumbs100 g
- Start by sautéing the onion in olive oil.
- Add soy protein mushrooms, season to taste with salt and pepper, add the cooked butter beans, saute for a few more minutes and turn off the heat.
- Then add the breadcrumbs to make the point
- Model the burgers with the help of a bow. This recipe yields 3 hamburgers of approximately 150 grams, take to the freezer for two hours until the hamburger is consistent and firm
- Now just fry or bake and consume as you wish, for lunch or meals, it's delicious!
