  • cooked butter beans200 g
  • Soy meat (soy protein)200 g
  • Medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Soy Sauce2 dessert spoon
  • Chopped Mushrooms100 g
  • Black pepper, salt and more seasonings of your choice to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Breadcrumbs100 g
  1. Start by sautéing the onion in olive oil.
  2. Add soy protein mushrooms, season to taste with salt and pepper, add the cooked butter beans, saute for a few more minutes and turn off the heat.
  3. Then add the breadcrumbs to make the point
  4. Model the burgers with the help of a bow. This recipe yields 3 hamburgers of approximately 150 grams, take to the freezer for two hours until the hamburger is consistent and firm
  5. Now just fry or bake and consume as you wish, for lunch or meals, it's delicious!
