- Wheat flour500 g
- Dry yeast for bread10 g
- warm milk320 ml
- Amb temp butter50 g
- Salt to taste
- Sunflower and Sesame Seeds to taste
- Activate the yeast with 1 teaspoon of sugar and a little warm water. Let it foam well.
- In a bowl put the flour mixed with the salt and in the middle put the yeast and the warm milk. Mix with a spoon until you can't get any more. Place on a floured bench and knead well.
- When the dough is smooth; integrate the butter. And keep kneading (it seems to go away, but keep on adding very little flour)
- After about 15 minutes and with a smooth dough. Take it to rest in a bowl with a little oil and covered with plastic film, in a warm place. Wait until it explains its size. About 2 hours approx.
- Make balls of about 60g and put them together in a buttered and floured roast. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise again.
- Brush with beaten egg and put sunflower and sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° until golden.
