- Mozzarella Cheese to taste
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Gum for Tapioca250 g
- Grated Frescal Minas Cheese130 g
- Milk90 ml
- Combine in a bowl: the ready-made tapioca gum, the corn starch, the grated Minas fresh cheese, the salt, the baking powder, the margarine and the egg.
- Stir everything super well and put the milk slowly and then keep stirring non stop.
- Place the dough in a bread pan that is already greased with oil, sprinkling the grated mozzarella cheese over the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool down a bit, unmold and enjoy your sensational bread without wheat flour!
