- Mozzarella400 g
- Ham400 g
- Oregano to taste

- Warm water250 ml
- Butter250 ml
- Put the yeast in warm water, with salt and sugar, and 200 grams of flour. Let rest for 30 min. Wait for the yeast to rise
- Add the eggs to the dough that has risen, with the butter and gradually adding the flour and stir until the dough comes off the bowl. Knead the dough until it looks homogeneous. Let rest for 30 min.
- Open the dough and fill with the ham and mozzarella.
- Let rest for 30 min
