  • Jamon Serrano200 g
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Ripe Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
  • Arugula Leaves to taste
  1. Place the bread in the oven at 180ºC for 5 minutes to heat up and lightly brown. Place the breads already divided into top and bottom, so that the inside also acquires a slight crunchiness
  2. Remove the bread from the oven and rub the garlic clove on the inside (Miolo) of both pieces
  3. Cut the tomato in half and rub its pulp on the inside, in order to leave enough tomato pulp in each piece of bread
  4. Arrange the jamon slices on top of the grated tomato
  5. Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  6. Add the arugula leaves and enjoy this Iberian delight
