  • Sliced ​​roast beef150 g
  • Sliced ​​mozzarella4 unit(s)
  • Lettuce leaves2 unit(s)
  • Tomato slices4 unit(s)
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Ketchup to taste
  • Yellow mustard to taste
  1. Prepare the roast beef and make very thin slices (recipe already published).
  2. Spread mayonnaise on both slices of pita bread.
  3. Arrange the roast beef slices on one of the bread strips.
  4. Melt the cheese in a frying pan and pour over the meat.
  5. Place the lettuce and tomato over the rest of the filling.
  6. If desired, add ketchup and mustard and close the lid.
  7. Cut in half and serve with a side of fries.
