Refogue o alho amassado e a cebola picada no óleo
Depois acrescente o tomate maduro picado e o pimentão picado
Após 5 minutos desligue o fogo e coloque a carne moída misturando ao refogado para temperá-la

Acrescente o colorau, pimenta cominho e sal à gosto
Deixe descansar por 5 minutos

Ligue novamente o fogo e coloque o molho de tomate e um pouco de água,
Com um garfo, amasse a carne para ela ficar toda soltinha
Deixe a panela coberta por 20 minutos, depois retire a tampa e acrescente as salsichas, coloque o restante da água.
Deixe no fogo por mais 10 minutos

Montagem: Coloque primeiro 2 salsichas na extensão do pão (ponta com ponta) depois a carne moída por cima, o milho, a ervilha e o tomate verde.
