- Lemon juice1 unit(s)

- Olive oil to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices lengthwise. Cut the onion into thin slices.
- In a container place all the ingredients. Mix well and leave to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
