- Arugula2 cup
- Lettuce (use whatever you like)2 cup
- Dried apricot1/2 cup
- Sesame2 tablespoon
- Mint10 unit(s)
- Lemon (juice)1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1/2 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Cut the arugula and lettuce into thin slices. Then cut the apricot into cubes. Also cut the mint very small.
- Mix all ingredients and seasonings and serve.
