White bean salad with radish

Comece cortando 8 rabanetes em 8 pedaços cada. Coloque em uma assadeira com o azeite, tempere com sal e pimenta do reino e leve ao forno (200°) por 15 minutos. Reserve.
Os outros dois rabanetes corte em fatias fininhas e reserve.

Start by cutting 8 radishes into 8 pieces each. Place in a roasting pan with the oil, season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven (200°) for 15 minutes. Reserve.
The other two radishes cut into thin slices and set aside.

Em uma tigela, adicione o feijão branco e o rabanete em rodelas e tempere com sal e pimenta do reino. Adicione então os rabanetes assados, o limão, o queijo e as alcaparras. Mexa bem, prove e ajuste o sal se necessário e está pronto!

In a bowl, add the white beans and sliced radish and season with salt and pepper. Then add the roasted radishes, lemon, cheese and capers. Stir well, taste and adjust salt if necessary and you're done!
