  • Tomato1 unit(s)

  1. Grease a baking dish with olive oil, add the desalted cod in pieces or shredded. Spread the garlic cut into slices.
  2. Cook the potatoes cut into cubes or thick slices , put salt in the water to cook. * Cook until soft without falling apart.
  3. After cooking the potatoes, cover the cod with them and then add the tomato, pepper and onion cut into slices. Spread the olives and oil to taste. * If you want you can put boiled eggs too. Cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake at 180° preheated for approximately 25 min, then remove the foil and leave for another 10 min.
