- Grease a baking dish with olive oil, add the desalted cod in pieces or shredded. Spread the garlic cut into slices.
- Cook the potatoes cut into cubes or thick slices , put salt in the water to cook. * Cook until soft without falling apart.
- After cooking the potatoes, cover the cod with them and then add the tomato, pepper and onion cut into slices. Spread the olives and oil to taste. * If you want you can put boiled eggs too. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 180° preheated for approximately 25 min, then remove the foil and leave for another 10 min.
