  • Milk250 ml

  1. Cut the lettuce into 4 equal parts and store in the fridge. Cut the tomatoes in half and store in the fridge.
  2. Cut the bacon into cubes and place to fry over low heat until crispy.
  3. Crack the Chilean nuts with your hands so that they crumble into large pieces.
  4. In a pan, place the milk, a little salt, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of nutmeg, cut and add the gorgonzola, leave it on low heat, always stirring until it thickens, if you notice that it won't thicken (depends on the brand). cheese) you can use a teaspoon of aizema diluted in cold milk.
  5. I sautéed the sliced tomatoes using some of the bacon oil.
  6. Assemble it on a plate as shown in the photo, or not, assembling is quite free, just note that the sauce must be on the lettuce so that it is possible to eat all the parts with the sauce.
