Warm Beef Salad with Shrimp

  • Shrimp200 g
  • Lemon juice4 tablespoon
  • Roasted sesame oil1/2 cup
  • Carrots, thinly sliced1 unit(s)
  • Japanese cucumber in thin strips1 unit(s)
  • Brown sugar1 tablespoon
  • Sliced chives1/2 cup
  • grated ginger2 teaspoon
  • Water1 l
  • Shoyu1/2 cup
  • Black sesame2 tablespoon
  1. Boil a liter of water. In a container, place the steak, boiling water, cover and let it hydrate for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, season the prawns with ginger, sesame oil, a teaspoon of sesame seeds and salt. Heat a frying pan with a tablespoon of sesame oil and grill the prawns over high heat for 4 minutes. Reserve. For the sauce: Mix soy sauce, remaining ginger, sesame oil, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and brown sugar. Mix well and set aside. Drain the beef well and place in a deep bowl. Add the carrot, cucumber, chives and shrimp. Drizzle with the sauce and mix well. To finish, drizzle a thread of sesame oil, finely chopped chives and sprinkle with the remaining sesame. And it's time to serve!! 😋😋
