- Parsley to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Vinegar200 ml
- Salt to taste
- Put the quinoa and 300 g of water in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes, I always turn it off beforehand and let the pressure finish until it cools down
- Cut all brunoase ingredients (small cubes).
- Mix everything and put the vinegar and water olive oil and finish with salt and parsley.
