  • Black-eyed peas200 g
  • Chopped iceberg lettuce1 unit(s)
  • Grated carrot1 unit(s)
  • Balsamic vinegar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Boiling Agia1 l
  1. Place the black-eyed peas in a pressure cooker with boiling water. Cover.
  2. After gaining pressure, reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain and reserve.
  4. In a bowl, place the drained tuna, grated carrot and chopped lettuce.
  5. Add the cold cooked black-eyed peas.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  7. When serving, season to taste with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
