Natural yogurt1 unit(s)
Lime1 unit(s)
Mustard1 tablespoon
Honey1 tablespoon
Salt1 to taste

Japanese Cucumber1 unit(s)
Iceberg Lettuce1 to taste
arugula1 to taste
Mango1 unit(s)

Crottouns1 to taste
Diced Chicken1 to taste

First let's sauce !! In a bowl, place the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and honey, stir everything very well until smooth, add salt and set aside.
Wash the green salads (I leave them very dry with the help of a paper towel) The cucumber wash well and dry (do not remove the skin it makes it crunchy).
On a platter place the salads (lettuce, arugula), the cucumber in very thin slices. Then the mango cubes.
I use chicken cubes (it could be that little grilled chicken left over from lunch 🙂) or I season about 2 fillets with seasonings to taste, I grill them and then I make the cubes.
The crottouns you can buy ready-made or make at home is super fast and much tastier!! Crottouns bread cubes, rosemary, oregano and olive oil oven for 10 minutes.
Add the chicken, then the sauce and finally the crouttons.
