- arugula to taste
- Lettuce to taste
- Iceberg Lettuce to taste
- Radicchio (or purple chicory) to taste
- Red Onion to taste
- Cherry tomatoes to taste
- Grapes to taste
- Mango palm to taste
- Tear the leaves with your hands. Cut the onion into thin half moon slices. Cut the grapes and tomatoes in half. Choose a platter and mix everything, lastly cut the mango into strips and spread over the salad. The ideal is the almost green mango, when it is already sweet, but firm.
- I suggest a sweet citrus sauce. Mustard and honey, or even a balsamic vinegar are great. You can replace the grapes with strawberries, the mango with pineapple... Your salad goes up a level!
