  • Pepperoni sausage2 cup
  • Crackling2 cup
  • Crushed garlic5 to taste

  • Kale Butter2 cup
  • Cassava flour2 cup
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Cook the beans with the help of a pressure cooker, add the water and let it boil for 40 minutes, after cooking, separate the beans and discard the broth. Note: the beans cannot be too soft
  2. In a pan, fry the pork rinds with a pinch of salt.
  3. In another pan, brown the bacon, you don't need to put oil, then put the pepperoni and let it stew.
  4. Then add the eggs and the already fried crackling mix well until it cooks.
  5. Add the beans and kale and sauté for 1_2 minutes.
  6. Add the flour little by little, stirring continuously. add the green smell and correct the salt.
