- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Chopped mint leaves to taste

- Syrian pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Soak the wheat in warm water for 2 hours. After well hydrated, drain in a sieve, press until the wheat dries well.
- Mix all ingredients and season with lemon juice.
- Decorate with some mint leaves. Your fresh board is ready
