Sweet Potato

Wash the sweet potatoes and let them dry.

Corte-as em cubos pequenos para uniformizar o cozimento 

Cut them into small cubes to even out the cooking.

Coloque-as em uma panela de fundo largo junto com os demais ingredientes 

Place them in a wide-bottomed pan along with the other ingredients.

 Leve ao fogo baixo e vá sacudindo a panela tampada,  para grelhar as batatas.

 Place over low heat and shake the covered pan to grill the potatoes.

Faça isso por uns 7/10 minutos e estará pronto

Do this for about 7/10 minutes and you're done.
