- Mayonnaise4 tablespoon
- Chopped Olives4 tablespoon
- Chives1 to taste
- Olive oil and salt1 to taste
- Roast the potatoes and cook the eggs until the yolk is hard.
- Cut the baked potatoes and boiled eggs into slices.
- In a refractory, put a little oil and spread. Cover with a layer of sweet potato.
- Then smear the sweet potato with mayonnaise and cover with a layer of boiled eggs.
- Smear the eggs with mayonnaise and sprinkle with a little more oil, so that it penetrates the layers already formed.
- Place the chopped olives and chives over the salad and place in the fridge.
- Take it out of the fridge for about 15 minutes before serving.
