  • Boiled Egg4 unit(s)
  • Mayonnaise4 tablespoon
  • Chopped Olives4 tablespoon
  • Chives1 to taste
  • Olive oil and salt1 to taste
  1. Roast the potatoes and cook the eggs until the yolk is hard.
  2. Cut the baked potatoes and boiled eggs into slices.
  3. In a refractory, put a little oil and spread. Cover with a layer of sweet potato.
  4. Then smear the sweet potato with mayonnaise and cover with a layer of boiled eggs.
  5. Smear the eggs with mayonnaise and sprinkle with a little more oil, so that it penetrates the layers already formed.
  6. Place the chopped olives and chives over the salad and place in the fridge.
  7. Take it out of the fridge for about 15 minutes before serving.
