- Cut the vegetables to the size you prefer
- Carrot also unpeeled, I only removed the tips.
- Onion in petals
- Slightly diced potatoes
- Garlic I just removed the cap, I preserved it with the peel
- Arrange the vegetables on the baking sheet Season with salt and paprika Drizzle with all the oil
- Take to preheated oven at 200ºC for 40 minutes
- Remove from the oven stir a little with the vegetables, I usually turn the potatoes, carrots and pumpkins and season again with salt and paprika and add the rosemary
- Return to the oven for another 20 minutes. Then take it out of the oven and serve
