- Green cabbage1/2 unit(s)
- Leek2 unit(s)
- Green apple*2 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise1/2 cup
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Lemon (juice)1 unit(s)
- Seasonings to taste
- Cut the cabbage, leek and apple into very small slices/pieces. Place all in a large bowl and stir well.
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, 1 level teaspoon of salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well until incorporated into the salad.
- Serve with fresh seasonings of your choice, I used basil, but it also pairs with oregano and dill dill.
