Green cabbage1/2 unit(s)
Leek2 unit(s)
Green apple*2 unit(s)
Mayonnaise1/2 cup
Mustard1 tablespoon
Lemon (juice)1 unit(s)
Seasonings to taste

Cut the cabbage, leek and apple into very small slices/pieces. Place all in a large bowl and stir well.
Add the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, 1 level teaspoon of salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well until incorporated into the salad.
Serve with fresh seasonings of your choice, I used basil, but it also pairs with oregano and dill dill.
