- Wash the arugula and spread on a platter.
- Peel and cut the mango into long slices. Place them over the arugula.
- Crumble the gorgonzola over the salad.
- To accompany... I made a simple oil sauce with balsamic and sesame seeds. Make your favorite sauce.
