Spinach, salmon and asparagus salad with orange vinaigrette.

Montagem:
Em uma saladeira rasa  coloque as folhas de espinafre cruas, por cima o grão de bico cozido, espalhe o rabanete cortado em lâminas finas, as tiras de manga, as lascas de salmão grelhado, a cebola roxa e os aspargos cortado. Regue com o vinagrete de laranja
Para o molho :
Em um bowl  misture todos os ingredientes e regue toda salada. 😋😋

Mounting:
In a shallow salad bowl place the raw spinach leaves, on top of the cooked chickpeas, spread the radish cut into thin slices, the mango strips, the grilled salmon slices, the red onion and the sliced asparagus. Drizzle with the orange vinaigrette
For the sauce:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and drizzle over the salad. 😋😋
