- White beans cooked al dente3/4 cup
- Chopped cherry tomatoes1/2 cup
- Chopped dried tomatoes1/4 cup
- Chopped Green Olives1 tablespoon
- Cheese cut into small cubes1/3 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Pumpkin and sunflower seeds to taste
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- In a container mix all the ingredients well and take to the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
