- Cooked or roasted green corn1 tablespoon
- Arugula1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese or buffalo mozzarella2 tablespoon
- Avocado1 tablespoon
- Mini tomato4 unit(s)
- Mustard and Honey Sauce1 dessert spoon
- Oregano to taste
- Wash the salad leaves well, cut them with your hands and put them in a dish, cup, or small pan that you have at home.
- Add the tomatoes, avocado, corn (roasted corn has a nice crunch, but it can be cooked), the cheese of your choice.
- Drizzle with honey mustard sauce (there's a recipe here on my profile) and sprinkle with oregano!
- It's a great starter finger food!!!
