Mayonnaise250 g

Chop carrots, potatoes, pods very small, you can cook them all together with a little salt. Then drain, wait for it to cool down and place it on a platter. Chop the peeled apple very small and add the pea. Finally the mayonnaise, put it to taste preferably just dirty the salad with the mayonnaise. Serve cold.
Tip: If you want, you can spice up this salad in other ways: one idea is to season the mayonnaise with parsley and pepper. You can also use other ingredients of your choice, such as corn, ham and pieces of mozzarella cheese. Use creativity!
