Corte a vagem, cenoura e a batata em pedaços não muito pequenos. Coloque a viagem,a cenoura e os ovos para cozinharem separado das batatas. Coloque as batatas em outra panela para cozinhar também. Deixe ferver por 5 minutos e escorra a água. Descasque os ovos e corte-os também. Em seguida junte todos os ingredientes numa travessa e despeje a maionese e mexa bem até misturar tudo por completo leve a geladeira para resfriar um pouco e está pronto para servir.
