Lave bem as folhas de Alface e corte as folhas com as mãos em vários pedaços em um recipiente;

Wash the lettuce leaves well and cut the leaves with your hands into several pieces in a container;

Em seguida, divida a cebola roxa em quatro partes e corte fatias finas, se preferir, corte em rodelas; da mesma forma corte o tomate e o pepino (com casca);

Then divide the purple onion into four parts and cut thin slices, if you prefer, cut into slices; in the same way cut the tomato and cucumber (with skin);

Por último, acrescente as folhas de rúcula, se preferir corte-a em pedaços menores.
