- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Wash the kale one by one then cut the kale finely and set aside.
- In a pan put the oil and the minced garlic. Don't let the garlic brown as the cabbage becomes bitter.
- Sauté the cabbage, add the salt and stir for 1 more minute and then serve as you wish.
