- Coarsely torn iceberg lettuce leaf4 unit(s)
- Coarsely torn purple lettuce leaf3 unit(s)
- Coarsely chopped walnuts2 unit(s)
- cherry tomato10 unit(s)
- Watercress2 cup
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Squeezed Tahiti Lemon1 dessert spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Season the prawns with salt and pepper and grill in a nonstick skillet with a little oil. Reserve.
- In a bowl, mix all the other salad ingredients.
- Arrange the salad on a plate, arrange the prawns on top and serve immediately.
