- Lettuce1/2 unit(s)
- Diced Mango1/2 cup
- Whole Wheat Noodles300 g
- Chopped Chili Pepper1/4 cup
- Bacon in small cubes1/4 cup
- Mushroom paris1/2 cup
- Shrimp1/2 kg
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Soy sauce3 tablespoon
- Tahini4 tablespoon
- White Vinegar4 tablespoon
- For the sauce: Crush the garlic clove and mix the soy sauce, vinegar and tahini until it forms a homogeneous paste. Reserve. For the salad: Cook the pasta for 6 minutes in an uncovered pan. Drain and reserve. Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry them. Reserve. In the same pan, brown the prawns and set aside. Wash the lettuce leaves and cut them into medium pieces. Cut the mango into medium cubes. Chop the mushroom and pepper into small cubes. In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients, adding the sauce and bacon last when serving the dishes.
