- Lettuce1/2 unit(s)
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Cucumber1 unit(s)
- Natural Yogurt180 ml
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Juice of half a lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Mint to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut half a head of lettuce, the two tomatoes and the cucumber as you prefer and set aside.
- The sauce: Add the yogurt pot with the 2 tablespoons of oil, the juice of half a lemon, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and a few chopped mint leaves. Mix well and add to the salad. Enjoy your food!!!
