Torn arugula leaves5 unit(s)
Parmesan Cheese Shavings to taste
Cracked walnuts3 unit(s)
Lemon Drops to taste
Honey mastic flowers to taste

Remove the seeds from the pear and make very thin slices, drip lemon drops so it doesn't darken.
