Strips of meat of your choice100 g
Leaf mix to taste
Onion1/4 unit(s)
Butter1/2 tablespoon
Yogurt Sauce1 tablespoon
Croutons2 tablespoon
Chimichurri to taste

Season the meat strips with salt, pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of sweet paprika.
Heat a frying pan or grill well greased with olive oil, add the onion and grill the meat until it is very golden.
In a bowl, accommodate the leaves of your choice. I used iceberg lettuce, purple lettuce and escarole. Water with the yogurt sauce (there's a recipe here on my profile, very easy and tasty).
Accommodate the meat strips in the center, spread the croutons and finish sprinkling chimichurri.
A complete, healthy and tasty meal!
