- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Season the sirloin slices with salt and black pepper and place in the air fryer for 5 min or until it reaches the desired point.
- Serve the leaves on a plate, put the ricotta cream and the crispy corn
- Finish with the meat on top of the salad and serve.
