- Honey3 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard1 tablespoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Gorgonzola80 g
- On a platter make a bed of leaves, add the sliced pears and the shredded gorgonzola
- In a pan add the walnuts and two tablespoons of honey, let it caramelize and then transfer to a surface with parchment paper to cool.
- Add the cooled walnuts to the salad.
- For the sauce, mix a tablespoon of dijon mustard, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a tablespoon of honey. Season with salt and pepper and stir everything. serve immediately
