Mixed Lettuce to taste
Boiled Eggs3 unit(s)
French beans50 g
cherry tomato50 g
Olive50 g
Tuna in pieces100 g
Mustard1 tablespoon
Honey1 tablespoon
Olive oil to taste
Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Mix the leaves I used ( iceberg lettuce, purple lettuce, and arugula)
Assemble with the other ingredients (eggs cut into slices, cherry tomatoes, green beans, olives, and tuna)
For the sauce, mix the mustard, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper & lemon in a small bowl, shake
It's ready, just serve.
