Boiled French Beans50 g
cherry tomato50 g
Mix of leaves of your choice to taste
Olives50 g
Tuna in pieces100 g
Mustard1 tablespoon
Honey1 tablespoon
Olive oil to taste
Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Mix the leaves, I used American and purple lettuce
Cook the eggs and the pod cut the eggs into slices
Assemble the dish with the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, eggs, green beans, tuna and olives as shown in the photo
For the sauce in a pot with a lid, place the mustard, lemon, olive oil and honey salt & pepper shake and it's ready
Just serve with the sauce.
