- Roasted Red Bell Pepper Strips4 unit(s)
- Sliced pitted black olives1 unit(s)
- Boiled large potato cut into slices1 unit(s)
- Green beans, cut into pieces, cooked al dente2 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cut the tomato into 4 parts, remove the seeds and set aside.
- Cut the boiled egg into 4 pieces and set aside.
- Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and set aside.
- Mount the salad on a plate with all the ingredients as shown in the photo and finish with the parsley.
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
